Every device and item that I have purchased been used faithfully and the results are proof that it works for me. If I miss using the red light or the lotions for a few days, I look very tired and in need of a facial ....but using the devices makes all the difference and in the long run, alot cheaper than facials. I have sensitive skin and roscea so I have to be careful with products. Yours work! Your website is so easy to use.

I purchased the LaDuora red light wand for my wife. Six months later, it stopped charging. The owner of the company told me on the phone that he will not stand behind the warranty on his website. I told him the product no longer holds a charge and he told me I was free to purchase another charging port on his website. When I brought up the fact that he offers a one year warranty on his website, he said that he doesn't offer a warranty on the charging port, a proprietary port that you must have to charge the wand. You can't simply purchase another cable at a Walmart like you can for a phone. You must buy it from him. Super sketchy. Buyer beware.

A woman at Ladoura responded to my email and was considerably more helpful than the owner. At first she tried the same ”buy a new charger” tact but then she agreed to facilitate a return for warranty/diagnosis. I sent it back to them and she sent it back with a new charging cord/dock. She told me to beware of water as it is not waterproof. Our device is treated like a prized cat and is never around water. I do appreciate them honoring the warranty but it shouldn’t have been so hard.

Laduora goodies arrived today! Ok so I have been a LONG time foreo user and was getting a bit tired of not being able to carry my red light therapy machine when I travel and having to use those mask sheets. So my friend recommended me Laduora. At first I was hesitant since I ve never seen a machine like this before. But once I started using it I felt pretty free especially around the EYE area! Yay to that because with foreo it was impossible to get into those tiny areas. And very easy to carry!

Only thing is they really need a carrying case so it stays clean during travels.

Ok I also ordered the face wash. It is pretty standard facewash nothing very different than what I had. Buuuuut love the rose quartz addition! I used to use rose quartz roller (they say this stone helps with "self-love" lol not sure if it is BS haha) BUT self love is worth the shot for sure :) So yea love that stone addition and how petite size it is!!! <3

Really LOVE this product, it helps to soothe my skin quickly, I've tried other beauty devices before and this is my top choice. It's very light weight, and one charge can last for a long time. Most importantly, my skin feels less sensitive, and my acnes heal much faster afterwards. Highly recommend it.

I love using all these smart beauty tools! I would like to say using laduora is the best experience so far! It works well with my hyaluronic acid serum. My skin is more smooth and hydrated after being massaged by laduora. The standby time of the battery is also long lasting.

Also!! Their customer service is amazing! I DM their Instagram for some instructions, and they went over every details with me! It was very helpful :)

I have been using the Liss facial cleansing gem stone and I love it! Washing my face has never been more relaxing. The silicone bristles with the vibration feels amazing on my face. I look forward to this little face massage everyday before going to sleep! I even got one for my mom.

The best tool for facial I have used! It calm down all my acnes and the serum absorb sooo fast when I use velve to message my face. I am going to go back China today and I bought nine more for my friends !! btw, my mom is 50, she also likes it! She said is easy to use and we love velve more than other expensive tools we had.
