At LADUORA® we put our customers first. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase on all LADUORA® devices, with a full refund—no restocking fee, no hassle.

All returned products must be in their original box and in new or gently used condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a smooth return process.

Important Note: Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

We are only able to issue refunds for LADUORA® products purchased directly from www.laduora.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

Laduora DUO Hair Pods, facial serums, creams, and other topicals are not eligible for return or exchange.

7 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee


If your device arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process, contact our 👉customer support center for RMA authorization, and no charge for a return label within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge or you can choose to receive a full refund.

Return Request & RMA Instructions


To start a return or warranty-related request, please submit your information through our official 👉RMA Service Request form

This form is required to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To ensure proper tracking and authorization, all returns must be submitted through our official RMA Service Request form.

Information required in the form:
  • Billing First and Last Name
  • Order number 
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Product to be returned
  • Description of the issue you are experiencing with your device
  • Proof of purchase – you will attach a copy or image of your proof of purchase or order number. 
  • Serial number of your device (if available)
Note: Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any items lost in transit without a tracking number, or due to improper packaging, is not the responsibility of LADUORA® and will not be covered by returns and warranty replacement policy.
