ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Order cancellation is only available before an order has entered processing. Cancellations must be completed directly through the customer portal or immediately after placing the order on the checkout confirmation page.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility and return instructions after the item has been delivered. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy page.

If a cancellation is completed successfully, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and typically appears within 2–3 business days, depending on your financial institution.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Order edits are only available before an order enters processing and must be completed through the customer portal or immediately after checkout on the confirmation page.

Once processing begins or the order has been prepared for shipment, editing will no longer be available.

During promotions or high-volume periods, orders may process quickly, which may limit the time available to make changes.

DUO

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE DUO? WEIGHT, LENGTH, WIDTH.

The DUO dimensions are: 2.25" Width (5.7cm) x1.70" Height (4.3cm) x 6.2" Length (15.7cm). The net weight is approximately 7 oz.

The DUO's compact and travel-friendly size allows you to carry it with you wherever you go, so you'll never miss a scalp and hair treatment.

WHEN AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE DUO? 

The DUO is safe and gentle enough for everyday use, either morning or night. We recommend starting out at 5 minutes (one session) per day for the first few days. As your scalp acclimates, you can use it for longer and as frequently as desired (up to 30 minutes per day).

With the compact, cordless design, time passes quickly and does not interrupt with your daily activities whether you’re watching shows, or on the phone.

HOW LONG DOES A POD LAST? 

The longevity of Laduora DUO pods can vary depending on factors such as usage frequency and the amount of elixir dispensed during each application. On average, a single Laduora DUO pod is designed to last for approximately 10 applications. However, individual usage patterns may result in variations in the number of applications you get from each pod.

HOW DO I CHARGE DUO DEVICE?

To charge DUO device, use the included micro USB cable and wall adapter. To fully charge your DUO device, connect to a power source for 4 hours. A fully charged DUO should last for approximately 10-12 treatments based on a 5-minute treatment time.

HOW DO I STORE MY DUO DEVICE AND PODS?

Please store the device and pod in a cool, dry place and at room temperature 23 +/-2 °C (ideally not a bathroom). During travel, please insert the silicone caps back into the pod teeth, as the low pressure inside the aircraft may make it easier for the pod to leak. If such a leak occurs, clean the pod with cotton swabs or alcohol pads, and dry it before use.

DUO water-based serum pods are designed for long-term storage, natural evaporation and slight formula changes may occur over extended periods. To ensure optimal performance and freshness, we recommend using your pods within 12 months of purchase and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

WHY WON'T MY POD GIVE ME THE SERUM?

If your pods are not stored correctly, i.e., not in a cool, dry place at room temperature (23 +/-2 °C), it may lead to blockage in the pod's teeth, preventing proper serum dispensing. If this occurs, apply some pressure when gliding the pod against the palm of your hand until you notice the serum starting to flow.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY DUO?

Preparation: Remove the DUO POD before cleaning.
- Wipe the device with the cleaning wipe included in the essential kit.
- Clean the device teeth with the cleaning brush included in the essential kit.
- Clean the pod with wet cotton swabs or alcohol pads.

Caution: * Do not let the device come in direct contact with water.
* If your pod leaks, remove the pod and wipe off the elixir before inserting it back into the device. Leakage is common but shouldn’t continue.

DO ONLY LASERS WORK FOR HAIR GROWTH? I HEARD LEDs AREN'T EFFECTIVE.

It’s a misconception that LEDs don’t work. Lasers have NOT been clinically shown to be more effective than LEDs. Instead, it’s been clinically shown that LEDs are effective for treating hair loss. Just look at our before & after photos here. Unlike lasers, LEDs cover a much wider area of your scalp and allow light energy to distribute evenly, while still penetrating deep enough to reach your hair follicles.

DOES THIS WORK ON ALL HAIR TYPES?

YES! The DUO device and pods are compatible with all hair types and is also suitable for those with a sensitive, dry, oily, or irritated scalp. If you have a specific concern about introducing microcurrent or light therapy to your routine, please consult your dermatologist. 

DOES THIS WORK ON COLOR-TREATED HAIR?

YES, the DUO works completely fine on color-treated hair and it will not strip hair of color treatments. 

WILL DUO PODS MAKE MY HAIR OILY? 

No, the DUO elixir pod does not make you hair oily. It only uses oils as a medium to penetrate herbal extracts to the hair follicles deeper.

CAN I USE DUO WITH ROGAINE/MINOXIDIL?

CAN VELVE BE USED WITH OTHER SKINCARE PRODUCTS?

YES. The VELVE works flawlessly with many skincare lines. However, please keep in mind do not use oil-based skin care products before your VELVE treatment as the oil may prohibit the optimal delivery of microcurrent. For advanced results, apply your favorite LADUORA rejuvenating serum while using the VELVE. 

CAN I USE VELVE WITH RETINOL?

Applying retinol after red light therapy can boost your skincare routine. However, you should not apply retinol before or together with your Velve treatment, as the combination can cause unexpected skin reaction and irritation.

WHAT SKIN TYPES ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All our products are appropriate for all skin types: they are dermatologist tested, designed, and formulated for all skin types.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "CLEAN BEAUTY"? 

Clean is a lifestyle. 

At LADUORA, all skincare products are "Clean at Sephora" or cleaner. That does NOT mean it doesn't perform. It simply means more time and effort has been put into consciously creating the formulations so that they do not harm you or the environment.

In addition to industry standards, we also do not allow the following to be used in our products:
• Alcohols petroleum or petroleum derivatives
• Any animal products or animal by-products
• No silicones, even linear silicones (e.g. dimethicone)
• No mica

It means LADUORA® skincare products are veganand cruelty-free by default.

CAN I USE VELVE WITH BOTOX OR FILLERS? 

Yes! You can use VELVE in conjunction with Botox or fillers. Botox lives within the muscle while VELVE stimulates the above layer of your skin. However, we do recommend consulting with your dermatologist for a personal treatment recommendation. 

DOES VELVE USE UV LIGHT?

The VELVE wand uses LED light therapy, which is a completely natural treatment and does not contain any harmful UV wavelengths; it does not create heat or thermally damage to the skin.

WHO SHOULD/SHOULDN’T USE LADUORA VELVE FACIAL WAND? 

The VELVE device is contraindicated against and should not be used if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have epilepsy/seizures or active cancer, or are under the age of 18. If you have any medical concerns, please consult with your doctor before using the device. 

WHAT AREAS SHOULD I AVOID? 

When having the VELVE treatment, do not apply it directly over the eyeballs, midline of neck, chest, or breasts. Do not use the VELVE device over bruises or open wounds.
