At LADUORA® we stand behind our products and provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty on LADUORA® products. LADUORA® warrants all LADUORA® devices that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.
Please contact our customer service department at info@laduora.com for "RMA service" to receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number.
What you’ll need:

- Billing First and Last name
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Product to be returned
- Description of the issue you are experiencing with your device
- Proof of purchase – you will attach a copy or image of your proof of purchase or order number.
- Serial number of your device (if available)
Note: Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any items lost in transit without a tracking number, or due to improper packaging, is not the responsibility of LADUORA® and will not be covered by returns and warranty replacement policy. Purchases made through third-party sales channels (e.g., authorized retailers, TV promotions, or resellers) must also include a valid invoice and order number issued at the time of purchase to process any warranty claims.
7 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your device arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process, contact our customer support center for RMA authorization, and no charge for a return label within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge or you can choose to receive a full refund.
