Our commitment to delivering exceptional service includes a professional shipping process: 

  1. Order Processing Time:

    • Orders received before 2:00 pm (local time) will be processed on the same business day.
    • Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed on the following business day.
    • Orders received after 2:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the subsequent Monday.
  2. Product Exclusions:

    • Please refer to the specific product page for any exclusions or further details.
  3. Weekend and Holiday Closure:

    • Kindly note that LADUORA® does not process shipping on weekends and statutory holidays.
  4. Expedited Shipping:

    • For expedited delivery, we offer UPS Expedited 2nd Day Air® shipping options. You can select this choice during checkout.
    • Please allow one business day for processing time, even with expedited shipping.
  5. Package Tracking and Security:

    • At LADUORA®, your peace of mind matters. While we strive to provide impeccable service and reliable delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
    • Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.
    • Keep an eye on your shipment's journey through reliable tracking mechanisms.
  6. Shipping Confirmation:

    • Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
    • If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • You may also track your order at Order Tracking.

Taxes and Duties


In accordance with Customs Authorities' requirements, it is necessary for us to declare the value of your order directly on the package. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you consider the following:

Please be aware that Custom Agents hold the sole authority to release your package. In certain cases, customs procedures might lead to delays in the delivery of your package.

When making a purchase from LADUORA®, it's important to understand that you bear the responsibility for any applicable customs taxes, duties, or associated fees.

Any applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping in the event of international returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, then the customer is fully responsible for the package.

Shipping Confirmation


A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. You will also receive an email when your order is out for delivery.

You will also receive an email when your order is delivered. Please track your shipment as LADUORA® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All order cancellations must be made within an hour of placing your order.


Free Shipping


Orders qualifying for free or discounted shipping are usually shipped via first-class standard ground shipping service. Free shipping applies to orders meeting the minimum requirements stipulated on the website at the time of purchase. LADUORA® currently offers free shipping on domestic U.S. orders(retail only) over $50. 

Order minimums must be met after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

Free or discounted shipping is only available in the Continental United States only and excludes Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses, oversized packages and wholesale orders. 

LADUORA® does not offer free International shipping at this time.


Change or Modify Order


We do our best to change or modify orders before the order has shipped. Once your order has been processed, it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made.

LADUORA® ships with the following carriers

Your packages will be shipped via USPS, OnTrac, and UPS. International orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or DHL.


USPS Priority Mail


You will receive your package in 1, 2, or 3 days after your order has shipped, based on your location. All orders, including expedited orders, must allow one processing day before shipping.

LADUORA® cannot guarantee delivery times for USPS Priority Mail since we have no control over it.


Expedited Delivery


For expedited delivery, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping options. You can select this choice during checkout.

If you need your package urgently, please email our team at info@laduora.com. We will do our best to expedite your purchase for next-day delivery. Extra shipping charges may apply.

Please note that during a sale, shipment of your purchase may take longer due to higher volumes. We will try our best to get your purchase out to you as soon as possible.


Shipping and Delivery


At LADUORA®, your peace of mind matters. While we strive to ensure every order arrives safely, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or misdelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to select this coverage if protection is desired. Without it, LADUORA cannot be held liable for issues that occur after a package has been marked as delivered.  LADUORA® is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments that have received a delivery confirmation from shipping carriers.

All packages may be delivered to your mailbox or left at your front door by USPS, OnTrac, UPS, DHL or FedEx if no one is available at home to receive them.

Lost And Stolen Packages Claim Policy


At LADUORA®, we understand the importance of a smooth and secure delivery experience. To support this, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout that protects against loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to select this coverage if protection is desired.

Customers must report any lost or stolen packages within 15 days of the expected delivery date. This timely reporting allows us to initiate an investigation and take appropriate action—but only if shipping insurance was selected.

Without insurance, LADUORA cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. LADUORA® is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping provider.


Products Received Damaged


Laduora is not responsible for damaged packages once marked delivered. Customers must select shipping insurance at checkout for full refund protection against damage, or loss. Upon delivery, please inspect your package and take clear photos of any damage. We ask that you take an image of the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving their package to notify us of any issues.


Shipping Cancellations / Refusals


Any packages returned to LADUORA® due to a wrong address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation may incur shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect shipping information may cause shipping delays and may incur additional shipping charges.
