Order Cancellation & Modification

At LADUORA®, we understand that sometimes changes may be needed after placing an order.

For your convenience, we provide an order edit and cancellation option immediately after checkout on the order confirmation page, as well as within the customer portal under your order details page. This allows customers to quickly update or cancel their order before it enters fulfillment.

Customers may request modifications or cancellations before the order has been submitted to our fulfillment center for processing. Once an order enters the fulfillment or shipping stage, it can no longer be modified or canceled. This includes address changes, item swaps, or order cancellations.

Because many orders are processed **very quickly — often the same day they are placed — we strongly recommend using the edit or cancel option available on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout, or within your customer account under the order details section, as soon as possible if a change is required.

Once a shipping confirmation has been issued or the order has been transferred to our fulfillment partner, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may follow our standard return policy after delivery if eligible.
