Doesn’t work with the serums i have, it needs super thin liquid.

The Refillable DUO Pod uses a controlled dispensing system designed for lightweight, low-viscosity formulas. Thicker or highly viscous serums may not flow through the pod properly. This does not indicate a malfunction of the pod, but rather formula compatibility.

Very useful to use your own hair serum

Haven't had a chance to use them yet but hopefully they work seeing the other pods are just to expensive for the amount you get.

Good product

I like everything about this product. I do think the pods that you fill yourself need some work. I have not been able to reseal it once I have added oil. That said, I use the device w/o pod and still feel it provides much benefit.
